Can improve your tightness

This has greatly reduced leaking any clear / white fluids and its really fun to have these balls inside while sitting down :) I did not feel the balls whenever I workout. My boyfriend said that I was a lot tighter and my v has 'grip' so now he's fallen in love again with my insides. Orgasms are a lot more stronger too :)

Good for the pelvic muscles

When i had sex with a new partner, i don’t feel it cause my body is used to my previous partner size. But now i can feel it since it tightened the pelvic muscles and around it.

I have been having issue

I have been having issue with weak pelvic muscle after giving birth to my twins 14 years back. Since than I often urinate when coughing and laughing. It is really embarrassing :( I'm glad to have bought this KB. I have been using a lighter set on first day but I can't feel any different. And have been using 40g now while at work for few hours a day sometimes during sleep at night. It is really effective to strengthen the PC muscles. I no longer urinate when coughing or laughing by the second day of using it! I will soon increase the weight to 90g by next week. Highly recommend this product to everyone who face same issue as me.
