How to get started?

Step 1

To write a product review, you need to first purchase a product from CherryAffairs. Browse our extensive collection, and if you see something you like, get it!

Step 2

Once you receive your order, use the product(s) as intended. Take note of its features, performance, and your overall experience with it. (The more detailed your review, the more helpful it will be for other customers.)

Step 3

You will receive an email from us that requests for product reviews 10 days after your purchase. (Cut-off date for submission of product review is 10 January, so make your purchase by 31 December to make sure your product reviews are qualified for the draw!) Within the email, click on "Review Now" for the product(s) that you wish to review.

Step 4

You will be directed to the product review page, where you'll need to enter a public display name (can be a nickname), email address, star rating, review title and elaborate your review. All reviews - positive or negative - stand an equal chance to win the draw. So just be honest with your reviews! After writing your review, hit "Submit Verified Review" button. 

Important: Please enter a valid email address for your reviews in order for us to contact you if you were to win the $100 Credits Draw! Don't worry though, your email will not be displayed and it will only be used as a mean to contact you for this campaign. Do also make sure your email address is subscribed to our newsletter, if not we can't send you the $10 off voucher. :'(

Step 5

You will receive an email enclosing the $10 off promo code shortly after your submission. Note that you will receive the $10 off code only once during this campaign, regardless of how many products you review.

HOWEVER, each product review is an additional entry/chance to win the $100 Credits Draw so... maximize your chances and review everything in your order!!

Step 6

Sit and wait... We will announce the 3 lucky winners on 11 January 2024 on this page and social media. You will also be contacted via email.

 Terms & conditions:

1. This campaign is only open to customers who are 21 years old & above. Local and overseas customers are eligible.
2. The campaign runs until 10 January 2024. This means that the last day for product review submissions that count towards entry to the $100 Credits Draw is 10 January 2024.
3. Email addresses collected will not be displayed and strictly for contact purposes only.
4. Email address provided has to be subscribed to our newsletter in order to receive the $10 off voucher.
5. $10 off voucher is valid for orders $80 & above, online use only.
6. $10 off voucher will be sent after customer's first product review submission.
7. Reviews that are not relevant to our products or services will not be eligible for this campaign.
8. Only reviews that are submitted from 10 November 2023 to 10 January 2024 will be eligible for the $100 Credits Draw.
9. Each customer is only eligible to receive $10 off code once throughout the campaign, regardless of the number of product reviews submitted.
10. Winners of $100 Credits Draw will be picked randomly and announced on 11 January 2024.
