Packaging-100% Discreet

Double Protection For Additional Security

Deliveries are kept 100% discreet. No one will be able to tell what is in the box, NOT EVEN the courier company. All our parcels are sealed with a layer of white courier bag secured in a brown box. These courier bags are tamper proof and you will immediately know if someone tempers with your parcel. There's NO logo of any sort, markings printing on box or courier way bill.  

Deliveries

We never take chance when our customers’ privacy is concerned. Our packaging techniques are tested and proven to the most discreet way and it’s close to impossible for anyone else to know your purchase at all.

Delivery- Local (Singapore)

CherryAffairs offers four local delivery methods, summarized in the table below. Delivery time is estimated AFTER the courier picks up the parcel, not from the time of order.

^ If you need an urgent request for same day delivery after the cut-off timings, you may give our friendly customer service officer a call to check if the request can be fulfilled.

' Please ensure that the correct shipping address with the unit number is provided. Also, please ensure that someone is home to receive the parcel (especially Condos). Any failed delivery will be chargeable of driver's return fees and re-delivery fees.

Self Collection Arrangements

CherryAffairs offers 2 forms of self-collection services.

If you would like to personally collect the product rather than having it sent to your house, it can certainly be done by choosing any of the options below. 

Do note that we only offer cashless payment for our self collection options.

Please make your collection within 4 weeks upon purchase. Otherwise, the order will be automatically forfeited.

International Delivery

CherryAffairs ™ also does door- step international airmail shipping! All parcels will be registered and tracked real time for delivery assurance. They will be delivered by air for fastest arrival possible. Alternatively, you could opt for SpeedMail express shipping to receive your order even earlier only at a marginal cost. Please refer to International Shipping for the rates and estimated delivery time.

CherryAffairs cannot be held liable if these items are seized or confiscated by Customs Agents in your country. If unsure, please check with your Customs Agents before purchase. Also, there will strictly be no refunds for parcels that are returned to sender due to whichever reason.
